The UPCoM-Index, the measure of 128 unlisted public companies closed up on Monday following the official bourses, liquidity eased from Friday trading.
The index gained 0.52 point, or 1.49 percent, to close at 35.40. The gauge started with given mark of 100 on June 24, 2009 but it has never been back to that level.
The market volume decreased to 378,277 shares changed hands for VND2.42 billion, compared with 438,600 shares changed hands for VND2.71 billion on last Friday trading.
The market breadth was positive with 32 gainers, 9 losers, 4 unmoved and the rest untraded.
DBM was the biggest gainer today, adding VND1,600 to close at VND17,600 with 500 shares traded.
DDN was the biggest loser, falling VND10,400 to close at VND15,600 on trade of 6,000 units.
PSB was the most active stock today with 94,600 shares traded closing up VND300 to hit the ceiling at VND4,200.
Foreign investors bought 1500 BTW shares, 9000 NBW shares today.
