Maritime Bank raises dong and US dollar deposit rates

In order to attract capital for the rest of this year and enhance utilities for depositors, Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Maritime Bank) from October 12 has continued to raise the deposit rates for both dong and US dollar for all terms all over the network.

Especially, the deposit rate of “Lai suat cao nhat” product was hiked to 10 percent pa while the one month deposit carries 8.75 percent pa, three months at 9.35 percent pa, six months at 9.4 percent pa and 12 months at 9.6 percent pa.

As for US dollar deposits, the highest rate of Maritime Bank was 3.7 percent pa, one month at 1.8 percent pa, three months at 2.5 percent pa, six months at 2.9 percent pa and 12 months at 3.4 percent.

Especially, as for the only term saving produce, the bank adjusted up the US dollar deposit rate of 13 month term (premature withdrawal) is 3.4 percent pa.

Additionally, to memorise Vietnamese Women’s Day October 20, female customers depositing at Maritime Bank will enjoy a plus of 0.1-0.2 percent pa between October 12 and 30.
