Minh Duc Son Tay concrete plant starts operation

Minh Duc-Son Tay Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Co officially started operation of Minh Duc-Son Tay concrete plant in Son Dong Industrial Complex, Son Tay Town, Hanoi. The plant has total investment capital of about 200 billion dong, with participation of South Korea-base Hwasan Co as the main designer and Hong Duc Mechanical Co in Hai Phong city as main EPC contractor.

The new plant has designed capacity of 600 products per day, with main products of prestressed high strength concrete piles (PHC piles) under Japanese standards.

The construction on Minh Duc-Son Tay concrete plant was officially started on July 1, 2009 and produced first batch of products in early February, 2010, applying technologies transferred by South Korean firm of Sambu Co.
