Japanese idol group Momoiro Clover Z will be arriving on Malaysian shores soon, where they will be performing for the National Youth Day Celebration.
According to Tokyo Hive, the group’s live performance will be held on a stage sponsored by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at Putrajaya on 26 May.
“Regardless of the national borders, we want to make it a live that people can dance to. I want them to see Momoclo’s dance. We will do our best so people in Malaysia will come to like us!” said member Takagi Reni, who was passing out flyers for their upcoming Malaysian live at an exhibition event on Roppongi Hills recently.
“I want to go in the ocean. I want to jump into the ocean so I won’t get sunburned. Also, I want to go shopping. With the members, I want to play beach volleyball,” replied Reni when asked what she is looking forward to most for their first trip outside of Japan.
National Youth Day Celebration is also known as Hari Belia Negara 2012 in Malaysia, and takes place from 23 to 27 May.
