Money law re-named Bill of Exchange

The NA’s deputy chair Truong Quang Duoc presided over the discussion of the Law on Bill of Exchange. This is the new name for the prior named Law on Money Transfer Tools after opinions were collected at the seventh session of the NA’s conference XI.
Many NA members asked for the detail regulations on the scales to adjust and the objects to apply the law, define clearly the tools that can be used in payment and transfers. Na members also asked for details of the inherent security aspects contained in provisions of the Bill of Exchange, inspections, examinations, and settlement of breaches. Members also asked about the legal validity and conditions related to signatures saying the law needs stricter provisions related to signatures and their impact.
