Nagakawa to pay dividend in shares and allocate bonus shares

The northern bourse-listed Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Co (coded NAG) announced that June 21 would be the ex-dividend session and June 23 of registration deadline to close the shareholders list for paying dividend in shares and allocating bonus shares.

Accordingly, the company will pay 2010 dividend in shares for existing shareholders under the ratio of 20:1 or each shareholder who owns 20 shares will get one new share.

At the same time, the company will allocate bonus shares at the same ratio.

In the 2011 annual general meeting, the company’s shareholders approved for hiking chartered capital via issuing additional 5,706,375 shares.
