NASCO allocates bonus shares with ratio of 10:4

Noi Bai Airport Services Joint Stock Co (Nasco) has announced that its plan to issue bonus share from the source of exempted enterprise income tax.

In details, the shareholders included in the list to be closed at 16:00 on July 24 will have right to receive bonus shares at a ratio of 10:4 or every ten old shares for four new shares.

By allocating the bonus shares, Nasco will increase its chartered capital by 19.8 billion dong in comparison with the current chartered capital of 49.499 billion dong.

The bonus shares will be allocated at MTV Co Ltd, under Saigon Thuong Tin Bank Securities Co – Hanoi branch.
