NBC to allocate bonus shares at 3:2 ratio

Vinacomin-Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Co (coded NBC) has announced to close the shareholders list on July 10, 2012 for the purpose of allocating bonus shares to the existing shareholders.

In details, the bonus shares would be allocated to the shareholders at a ratio of 3:2 or each shareholder who owns three shares would receive two new shares.

The unallocated shares would be added in the company’s current fund shares.
