New regulation on payments of land use rights

Under Official Letter 723 TC/TCT dated January 19, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance, users of land have to pay all money related to land use right after they receive land use certificates in accordance with the price at that time. However, if land users submitted applications prior to January 1, 2005 and have not yet paid enough for land use rights latest on January 1, 2005, these payments will be recalculated in accordance with the land price frame at the time of paying the land use rights.
