New urban area for Hai Duong City

Hai Duong Province People’s Committee has lately issued the decision approving for the detailed plan of Tue Tinh new urban area to be sited in Hai Duong City.

The new urban area will be built in an area of 24.5 hectares, including villas, houses with gardens, semi-detached houses and high-rise apartment buildings. There would be 500 units of villas, houses with garden and semi-detached houses and two other apartment blocks with height of 19 storeys and 25 storeys. Thanh Duong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Co would become the main investor for this project.

The construction works are expected to be completed in 2015.
