Agri-forestry products total export turnover is US$13.7b in Jan-Oct

Vietnam's export turnover of agri-forestry products in October was estimated at US$1.39 billion, bringing the total agri-forestry product export turnover during the first ten months of the year to US$13.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.7%, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Up to the end of October, the country has some export items bringing in a turnover of over US$1 billion, namely rice, seafood products, wooden products, coffee and rubber.

In particular, rice export earned US$2.65 billion, coffee nearly US$1.7 billion, rubber US$1.4 billion, forestry and wooden products over US$2.46 billion, rising 16.7% against last year and seafood products US$3.8 billion, rising 24.2% yoy.
