Vietnam Association for Seafood Exporters and Processors (Vasep) reported that during the first ten months of 2008, the export turnover of tra and basa catfish reached over US$1.24 billion, exceeding the whole year's target.
In October alone, Vietnam gained US$159.221 million from tra and basa export, up nearly 60% compared with the same period of last year.
