Agifish Joint Stock Co (coded AGF) has announced that its board of directors have decided to establish a facility in US and start the business operation of this shop in Q1 of 2010.
The company plans to export 35,000 tonnes for total turnover of $60 million and reach a pre-tax profit of 80 billion dong, pay 2009 dividend of 10 percent in cash.
AGF also plans to sell stake in Delta AGF Joint Stock Co to centralise capital for production and business.
