Phuong Nam debuts four new members

Listed firm Southern Culture Joint Stock Co (PNC) late last week debut four new one-member limited companies including Phuong Nam Book (PNB), Phuong Nam Film (PNF), Phuong Nam Printer (PNP), and Phuong Nam Stationery in HCM City.

Along with two joint ventures of Megastar Communications Co and Bach Viet Phuong Nam Co, PNC had earlier founded Phuong Nam Labels One-member Ltd specialising in imported high-class entertainments and decorative products.

Established in January 2008, PNB operates as a provider of copyright service and book centre. PNF, founded in May 2008, specialises in publishing and trading of movies, organising art performance, providing services of cinema and advertisement.

Meanwhile, PHP will cooperate with other member companies to print books and other publications and expand printing services with other partners.

In the first six months of 2008, the listed firm's revenue reached 152 billion dong that could be 350 billion dong in the whole year.
