PVC Hong Ha to increase chartered capital to 80b dong

PVC Hong Ha Joint Stock Co (PVC Hong Ha) plans to increase the company's chartered capital from 35 billion dong to 80 billion dong in order to maintain sufficient capital for doing business activities and implementing the current projects.

PVC Hong Ha now focuses on developing construction projects of civil, industrial work and technical infrastructure.

Last year, the company had signed 17 construction contracts with total value of 773.7 billion dong, in which 11 projects were already finished and handed over in 2008.

In 2009, the company plans to reach production value of 700 billion dong, total revenue of 620 billion dong, profit of 20 billion dong and expects dividend payment of 20-25 percent.
