HAS gains more than 5.5b dong of H1 profit

Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Co under the Hanoi Post Office (Hacisco, coded HAS) estimates to reach revenue of 30 billion dong and after tax profit of 5.5 billion dong in Jan-June.

The company plans to gain 2009 total revenue of 120 billion dong and profit after tax of 13 billion dong and pay a dividend of 12 percent.

According to the resolution in the company's 2008 shareholders meeting, Hacisco has approved to allocate bonus shares to its existing shareholders with the ratio of 10:3 and individual shares for the company's staff with the purpose of increasing HAS chartered capital from 60 billion dong to 80 billion dong.

The company announced that the registration deadline to close the list of shareholders would be July 17. Hacisco plans to pay 2009 dividend – phase 1 of 6 percent and to allocate bonus shares with the ratio of 10:3 or every ten old shares for three new ones. The right of receiving bonus shares is disallowed to transfer.

The securities depository centre will temporarily cease to receiving HAS shares on July 16, 17 and 20.
