SJS contributes nearly 8b dong to establish Sudico-M

Sudico Development Investment and Construction Material Joint Stock Co (Sudico-M) on February 3 made its debut with a chartered capital of 30 billion dong.

Of which, Song Da Industrial Zone and Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Co contributes 26 percent stake, Sudico An Khanh one-member Ltd Co with 10 percent stake and Sudico Tien Xuan one-member Ltd Co with another 10 percent stake. The 54 percent remaining stake is invested by other strategic shareholders.

Sudico-M will operate in fields such as concrete brick, construction materials, furniture, wholesales of machines, equipments and spare parts, mining, cement production, lime and plaster.
