Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Co (coded KSB) announced to close the list of shareholders on March 22 for advancing first phase dividend in cash with ratio of 20 percent.
In details, the ex-right session would be March 18 and the company plans to pay dividend for shareholders from April 12.
At the same time, the company also invited all the existing shareholders in the list about holding annual shareholders meeting on April 22, 2010 at the company's head office on Binh Duong Boulevard, Thuan Giao Commune, Thuan An Dist, Binh Duong province.
