An Phu irradiation JSC targets 38b dong after tax profit in 2010

An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Co (APC)’s director board on March 5 passed this year’s business plan with 87 billion dong of revenue, 42 billion dong of pre tax profit and 38 billion dong of after tax profit with EPS of 3,300 dong.

The company also plans to pay 25% dividend this year.
In 2009, the company’s revenue was 61.3 billion dong and 28.7 billion dong of after tax profit.

The company’s director board also agreed to invest 100 billion dong in An Phu Binh Minh factory project in 2010 and establish An Phu-Binh Minh one-member Ltd Co with 100% stake held by APC.
APC will close the list of shareholders before March 19 to hold annual shareholders’ meeting on April 16.

After the trading session on March 8, APC-coded shares reached the ceiling price to 27,300 dong per share with 211,000 shares being traded.
