Duc Thanh Wood Joint Stock Co (coded GDT) plans to hold annual shareholders' meeting to pass this year's business plan with nearly 196 billion dong of revenue, up 12 percent year-on-year and 38 billion dong of profit, according to Le Hai Lieu, the company's general director.
In 2010, the company plans to pay 15 percent dividend.
