Representative from Italian Embassy to Vietnam yesterday May 7 announced that Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved the second phase of the project to support three million euro to develop Vietnam's small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

The project will be carried out by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (Unido) during three-years aiming to establish a dynamic cooperation relation between Vietnamese SMEs and Italian firms and support Vietnamese SMEs in integrating into market economy.

The programme would attract some 30 enterprises of each country.
