During the first eight months of the year, Vietnam's disbursed Official Development Assistance (ODA) capital is estimated at US$1.307 billion including US$1.137 billion in loans and US$170 million of aids, equalling to 69% of the year's plan, reported the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Of which, the ODA capital disbursement of three big sponsors namely Jbic, WB and ADB reached about US$947 million, accounting for 72.5%.
Since the start of the year, ODA capital via agreements signed between Vietnam and sponsors has totalled at US$1.669 billion.
