Sep 4, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM
Hoang Tho Xuan, head of Ministry of Industry of Trade's Domestic Market Department forecasted that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in September could rise less than 1% against the previous month without sudden changes in natural calamity, epidemic and the global oil price.

Within this month, the purchase demand will increase strongly because of some holidays like National Day (September 2), the start of new school year, and Middle Autumn.
