Vietnamese-Thai joint venture bank licensed to expand network

May 9, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM State Bank of Vietnam's governor on April 29 issued Decision No 974/QD-NHNN approving Vietnamese-Thai joint-venture Bank (Trading as VinaSiam Bank) to open the Gia Dinh branch at No 97 Cong Hoa St, Ward 4, HCM City's Tan Binh District.

SBV HCM City arm must have responsibility to supervise the joint venture bank's network expansion under current laws.
