The forex trading rate applied for financial agencies, the State Treasury and state-budget beneficiary bodies in July is 16,302 dong a US dollar. The finance ministry announced this rate on June 30.

The exchange rates between dong and other foreign currencies are identified via the US dollar based on the regulated exchange rate.
