An Binh Bank's operation duration amended

Jul 26, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Based on the Decree No 49/2000 dated on September 12, 2000 by the government on organisation and operation duration of commercial banks, regulations on granting establishment and operation license for commercial banks together with the Decision No 24/2007/QD-NHNN dated on June 7, 2007 by State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)'s governor, the central bank's governor on July 22 issued a Decision No 1631/QD-NHNN approving the amendment on operation duration of the An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Under it, the bank's operation duration will be 99 years. The bank has to change its regulations, register and publicise about the content of the amendment under the law.

The decision took effect from the signing date and will be an inseparable part of the operation License No 0031/NH-GP granted on April 15, 1993 by SBV.
