The project of commercial real estate market gate www.VietnamLease.com belonging to Lien Minh Nguyen Co won the second US$20 million Challenge contest defeating 159 other projects. The prize was introduced last December by Mekong Investment and sponsored by Mekong Ventures, Mekong Capital, Navigos Group and Le Bros. The prize is worth US$10,000.
Lien Minh Nguyen provides complete solutions to international investors, project investors, management companies, investment funds and real estate brokerages.
Mekong Investment is in negotiation with Lien Minh Nguyen to obtain a certain stake in the IT firm.
