| Chinatrust Bank HCM City to provide foreign exchange services |

The State Bank of Vietnam's (SBV) governor on January 6 issued the Official Letter No 77/NHNN-CNH approving Chinatrust Commercial Bank's HCM City Branch (Chinatrust Bank HCM City) to provide foreign exchange services in domestic and international markets.
Accordingly, the bank would supply foreign exchange services under various modes such as prompt transaction, term transaction, interchange, option rights, future contract, capital mobilisation, lending and guarantee services in foreign currencies, discount and rediscount of valuable papers in foreign currencies, mandate and asset management services and other foreign exchange services.
