During the first half of this year, Maritime Bank reported has reported earning 473 billion dong in pre-tax profit (after deducting 112 billion dong for the risk prevention risk, its total assets touched of 46 trillion dong, and total deposits 43 trillion dong.
In June alone, the bank's pre-tax profit was estimated at 70 billion dong against the whole year's target of 600 billion dong.
Also, the bank is developing network of corporate customers through signing contracts with Vietnam Maritime Corp, a one trillion dong credit deal with Vinacomin, Becamex Industrial Investment and Development Co, Click&Phone brokerage in securities mortgage.
