VIB Bank boosts property lending

Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank or VIB Bank recently introduced its two new products of "accumulative housing loans" and "housing loans for business establishment" with outstanding features.

With the product of "accumulative housing loans", the customers can get loans up to 90 percent of the value of the house or land they are going to purchase. For those using the "housing loans for business establishment", the customers may get loans equal to 70 percent of the total value of guaranteed property within the period of 15 years. At the same time, when using the bank's two new products, the customers may enjoy preferential borrowing interest rates with the flexible payment methods, including monthly, quarterly or every six months.

Especially, VIB Bank will disburse the loan within 48 hours right after the customers submit full application profiles.
