Vietnamese bank Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank or OCB, and Diebold Group, one of the world's biggest ATM providers, yesterday officially signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
Under it, Diebold will be given priorities to provide ATM and relating services to OCB in the Vietnam bank's ATM construction and development plan. In return, Diebold will find out the most suitable solution for OCB.
In 2010, OCB plans to spend $1.7 million to install about 50 ATMs.
