Prime minister has released Official Letter No 416/TTg-KTTH allowing investors of production forestry plantation to borrow loans of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) under current laws on the state's investment credit for carrying out governmental projects.
The production forestry plantation projects must be approved according to the government's 5 million-hectare new forest area programme at Decision No 100/2007/QD-TTg dated July 6, 2007.
