Vietnam Commercial Bank of Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) has offered loans of up to 70 percent of total capital demands in dong or foreign currencies for Vietnamese workers who would work overseas and their households.

The demands for loans from workers who apply for working outside Vietnam can be calculated on necessary costs such as application charges, one-way airfares, deposits, fees for learning foreign language, vocational tuition fees, orientation charges, health check cost, visa application fees and other charges.

The maximum loans period would not exceed the contract's due date to be signed by the workers who would work overseas.
