Techcombank raises chartered capital to 7tr dong

Vietnam Technological Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) has announced that it would raise its chartered capital from 5.4 trillion dong to 6.932 trillion dong by using nearly 1.532 trillion dong of reserve fund and remaining profit.

Accordingly, the bank will issue 153,176,700 shares at 10,000 dong par on June 10, including allocating 149,174,700 shares to the existing shareholders, four million bonus shares to the employees with good working service.

Last year Techcombank finished two charter capital increase phases, first from 3.642 trillion dong to 4.337 trillion dong and second phase from 4.337 trillion to 5.4 trillion dong.
