State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)'s Informatics Technology Department and IDG Group on March 18 jointly held a press conference to announce "Seminar-exhibition on applying and developing information technology in banking operations in 2010 in Hanoi".
The event will take place during three days from March 26 to 28 in Hanoi with theme "banking technology development to promote modernisation progress of banking system in new phase".
The event is expected to attract about 3,500 participants.
In addition, about 40 scientific researches will be represented at the seminar.
There will also be about 45 stalls to display and introduce about foreign and domestic banks, credit institutions and information technology companies.
