Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB) yesterday officially announced the establishment of SCB Debt and Asset Management One Member Ltd Co (SCBA) with an initial chartered capital of 200 billion dong.
SCBA is operating in receiving and managing secured assets of credit relations with SCB, treating with secured assets (repairing, improving, upgrading for sales, leasing, and others).
