The Vietnam's Central Committee for directing prevention and anti-corruption and South Korea's Anti-Corruption and Appellate Court Rules Committee (ACRC) have signed a memorandum for cooperation in prevention and anti-corruption in Hanoi on February 3.
The newly signed memorandum would help created legal background for the two parties to carry out cooperation activities in the field of anti-corruption.
The memorandum would help create favourable conditions for Vietnam and South Korea to follow their international obligations in the United Nation's Convention on anti-corruption and strengthens the strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries.
