Telco FPT H1 profit rises 24% to 631b dong

At the press conference announcing the H1's business result held in Hanoi on July 16, FPT group announced that it reached the growth rate of 47.10% and 631 billion dong from pre tax profit, up 24.63% against the same period of the year earlier.
In the first quarter alone, the group gained 303 billion dong in profit, up 46.6% yoy and that was 328 billion dong in the second quarter only, exceeding 9.16% against the year's plan.
The EPS in the second quarter reached 2,170 dong, bringing the figure for the first half of the year to 4,185 dong per share.
