Three subsidiaries of FPT group fulfil the business targets for first half of 2009

FPT Joint Stock Corp has announced that up to the end of May 2009, its three subsidiaries have fulfilled the planned business targets for the first six months of this year.

FPT Distribution gained 100.4 percent of the expected revenue in Jan-June, the other two member companies that exceeded the set targets for the first half of the year were the government Centre, under FPT-IS and FPT Information Network Services Co Ltd
In 2009, FPT Corp has approved to change its two subsidiaries FPT Information Network Services one-member Co Ltd and FPT Trading one-member Co Ltd into the joint stock companies. The corporation planned to hold a shareholders meeting to get approval for the plan of issuing preferential shares with par value that's equal to 5 percent of the chartered capital at the time of shares issuance for the two companies' staff.
