Accordingly, MobiFone aims to reach 2010 total revenue of 40 trillion dong, VinaPhone 30 trillion dong and the rest 30 trillion dong of revenue would come from other business lines.

Last year, the group announced to achieve significant business results with total revenue of 78.6 trillion dong, up 29.7 percent against 2008; and gained profit of 13.5 trillion dong.
There were over 20,000 new telephone subscribers to be developed. The year of 2009 was also considered the break-though year in the field of modernisation of the mobile network infrastructure and coverage expansion.
