Bac Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Co to be established

Apr 22, 2008 - 6:58:00 AM Infrastructure Development and Construction Joint Stock Corp (Licogi), Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Co and Licogi 14 Joint Stock Co today April 21 are to jointly organise debut ceremony Bac Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Co with a chartered capital of 600 billion dong in Hanoi.

Bac Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Co will receive Bac Ha hydropower project from Licogi Corp that is being built on the Chay River in Coc Ly commune, Bac Ha district in the northern province of Lao Cai with the capacity of 90MW and the total investment capital of 1.9 trillion dong.

The project's first generator is expected to be in operation by the third quarter of 2010 and the second one by the quarter later.
