Work on Bac Na hydropower plant with total designed capacity of 20 MW and an average electricity production of 78.7 million kWh year recently started in Lao Cai province's Bac Ha Dist.
The project has a total estimated investment of 571.5 billion dong invested by Debt and Asset Management Co (DATC), Vietnam Industrial Construction Corp (Vinaincon), and Power Installation and Construction One Member Limited Co No 4.
