Song Da Corp becomes the main investor of 13 hydropower plant projects

Up to now, Song Da Construction Corp has 13 hydropower plant projects with total designed capacity of up to 1,800MW for carrying out in 2010.

In 2010, Song Da Construction Corp and its member companies planned to finish the investment procedures for construction works of hydropower plants of Bao Lam, Se Kong 3, Xe Bang Hieng GD1, Song Chay 5 and Song Chay 6, Le Van Que, the corporation's chair of management board said.

At the same time, the corporation continued investment preparation works of other eight hydropower plants such as Dak Y Mon, Xekaman 4 in Laos, Su Pan 1 and Song Lo 5. Song Da Corp planned to make investment in 6 hydropower plants in Laos and Cambodia.

This year, Song Da Corp set targets to reach total production value of 23.7 trillion dong, revenue of 20.5 billion dong and profit of 1.2 trillion dong.

Up to the end of 2009, the corporation's ownership capital was posted at 11.5 trillion dong.
