New tax code for transformation of business model

Under the current regulations, enterprises' tax code are still kept as transforming business model. However, according to general Taxation Office, private enterprises when transforming into another business model must register and use new tax code because they cannot meet the term that corporate asset must be independent with individuals' pursuant to the Civil Law.
Accordingly, as changing business model, private enterprises must complete necessary procedures to end enforcement of previous tax code and use the new business certificate for being granted a new tax code.
