Absolute export tariff on raw copper

Prime minister on August 29 issued a decision ruling that the absolute tariff on export of raw copper ore (subject to the category 2603.00.00.00) is US$200 a tonne.
The finance ministry was assigned to base on changes of the market and price of raw copper ore in each period to increase or reduce the absolute tariff with the allowable amplitude of 20%.
If needs to adjust the tariff by over 20%, the finance ministry has responsibility to ask prime minister's approval.
