Bar owner stabbed to death, suspect arrested

A 23-year-old man was arrested in the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang for murdering a bar owner over a debt Sunday, local police said.
According to police in the town of My Tho, Nguyen Quoc Sy stabbed Nguyen Binh Phuong Vinh Thuy with a broken beer bottle.
Sy had reportedly called Thuy out to the Ty Bar and threatened him about the debt before stabbing him.
Police said Sy hit Thuy, who owns the nearby Me Kong Bar, in the head with a glass. Investigators said Sy then smashed a bottle over Thuy's head, before using the broken bottle to stab Thuy in the face and neck.
Thuy died of blood loss, said investigators.
