Ministries of agriculture and rural development and industry and trade were required to continue guiding local governances in production development and ensuring the balance of food supply and domestic demand and export target.

Meanwhile, the above ministries must cooperate with ministries of police, defence and information and communication and local governances to evaluate and control the food situation more seriously and strictly.
