Circular on cost estimation for construction works

Ministry of Construction recently issued a circular ruling that investors can build up the cost estimation for construction supervision by variety methods based on defining materials and unit price of construction supervision and terms of implementing similar construction assignment.
Cost for building up plans, reporting supervision results equals to 5% of total workload multiplied with unit price of each corresponding supervision assignment.
The circular takes affect after 15 days from being released.
