Guidance on implementation of tendering law and contractor selection

The government recently issued a decree to guild the implementation of the law on tendering and selecting of contractor according to the Construction Law.
Accordingly, bidders who make feasibility study reports (for investment projects) will be allowed to join the bid for building up technical designs, drawing designs and industrial designs until before April 1, 2009.
In this case, bid inviters must provide tendering invitation documents with full of information and relevant documents including feasibility study reports and ensure enough time for contractors to prepare necessary documents for submitting bidding applications.
The decree will take effect after 15 days as being gazetted.
