Phat Dat real estate developer plans new projects

May 7, 2008 - 7:00:00 AM Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Co announced that after the EverRich office and apartment building that will be finished by the end of 2009 in HCM City's Dist 11, the company will start construction on the EverRich II project covering 11.2 hectares in District 7 in the third quarter of 2008. The EverRich II is expected to complete by 2013.

Within this year, Phat Dat Co will also build the five star resort and hotel project on a site of 26 hectares in Cam Ranh island of Khanh Hoa province, which is slated to 2011.

The company chair Nguyen Van Dat reported that his firm will list on STC in 2009.

From the initial chartered capital of 20 billion dong with three founding shareholders, the company now has 90 shareholders with total chartered capital of 1.302 trillion dong.
